watching a biker type programme a while ago and this old biker put pledge around the rim before he put tyre on ,tried it meself works a treat .

on the blog that i found paul there on an industrial estate in e port somewhere loads of 2 stroke history but jays probably right it does need further investigation though !

jay wondered about this as i live on the wirral there is pne in ellesmere port i found on internet its a bike one though .dunno wether they do scoots if memory serves me right its called MOTRAC according to there blog theyve got loads of experience with 2 strokes . you could give em a bell an see wh...

just do what leigh says shaft more than likely moving a bit just simply reshim your kickstart shaft outside the engine i.e take off kickstart circlip replace washer with a thicker one or bung 2 of em on .
