Re: Easy clutch
My friend is trying one but can't get the full pull at crank case end before lever touches handle bar at top, would adjustable levers be an idea?. I haven't used an "easy clutch", but generally any gearing system that takes less strength to move an object will require more movement at the ...

Re: 28 mm dellorto spit back
I have a 25 mil dellorto on a cast 230 and still massive amounts of spit back, how would you suggest rectifying this issue Minority? That would depend entirely on what was causing the spitback in your case. As you mention It's a 230 It would suggest boring and stroking so you probably have "no...

Re: 28 mm dellorto spit back
I'm surprised that nobody has commented on the fact that the 28mm carb is probably too big for a standard 200 cast barrel (even the Indian "stage four") and this won't help clean carburetion.

There are examples of this throughout the gear ranges of all models so I presume that there is sufficient tolerance i...

Check for studs (e.g. exhaust studs) protruding into the barrel stud holes. This can make the barrel seem very tight to fit.

Re: Gear Compatibility
Just be aware that the shimming may be different and that there is a considerable difference in the final drive ratio between the LI125 and the LI150. Dropping the front sprocket from 15 to 14 will give a closer match, but then you will have to consider using a pull down chain tensioner.

Standard thread size 10 x 1 (left hand), sounds like you have an odd size hub.
