Red white and green off the stator to the cdi , thr yellow is the lighting wire which normally goes to the reg .

I tighten the spindle nuts then the third nut , but this shouldnt make any difference if you wheel is leaning , I think you need to look at you springs , rods and buffers.

Yep ive done the above , I just used a couple of rollers fron a mag bearing nu2205 , from memory the end plate pins /dowels are 7mm and the rollers are 8mm . Line up the endplate and bolt down , then drill through the endplate and into the alloy, the rollers are a bit shorter than the original pins ...

Ive been looking for bubbles , sparks and tartan paint since iwas sent to get some as an apprentice 33 years ago coldnt find them anywhere ?? I didfind a long weight though

Yes you can .
Sip ones run off either the speedo cable or a magnetic pick up .
Gamma tech speedo are the bo****ks, but dont fit in the std speedo space ..............yet
Imo magnetic pick up is the better and more accurate and reliable of the two methods.

Black board paint is matt :) Yes you can get satin clear coat . I used black base with a satin clear coat on mine , one thing I hadnt considered though was with a gloss clear coat , any blemishes can be cut back and polished out .....cant do that with satin ...or matt for that matter , as any polish...
