how do you change the screen blade on a MK1 vespa t5 had plenty of p ranges whick is a few bolts underneath for top to pop off but this just look like some self tappers do they hold all the sections together do I just undo them or can I just unclip the black Speedo bit from the top

Just re built a Spanish small block new shoes and uni hub threaded cable, it does have an remade arm so that could be one issue but when I brake its like it off and on judders will not bite as such at all. If I adjust it up yo much its rubbing any ideas pointers
