I am sure that if you visited your local hydraulic stockist (mechanical plant, farm machinery, industrial application), they might be able to help. Mine has all the catalogues, even if they haven't got the parts in stock.
Good luck

Re: matching transfers
A dremmel is too slow for a job like this. You want to be pushing the gasket face down to about 3-4mm around the edges, so I'd go in with a big burr in an electric drill. Something with a diameter of at least 10mm. By all means tidy it up with a dremmel, but make some big initial cuts with a big bur...

Re: Ts1 or Rb?
Dan is correct. If I had the choice, I'd go TS1. I have ridden John Balcomb's (JB Tuning) RB and TS1, and the TS1 is a better engine. On his dyno, the TS1 makes 28bhp without any welding. It has V-force reed and Agusto box, and it was by far the most practical scooter engine of the two. You could ri...

Re: Expansion pipe end can rivets
When I got a re-pack kit from Cam LAm, it came with some heavy duty rivets. They were like normal pop rivets, but you couldn't see the knob on the top of the rivet. They have stayed in place.
They look like this:
You can buy them at Screwfix

Re: How to quit Lambretta battery?
I noticed that no one has answered your question, and I don't think I am going to be able to answer it either. However, with your current set-up, you will need the battery to be charged for the electrical system to work. This is because the rectifier/regulator consumes power from the battery in orde...

Re: Re-corking clutch plates
Thanks Simon. You're a very helpful guy. Unfortunately, Onslow don't have plates for the 175cc 2 stroke engine. Tony, Yup, I agree. Polini clutch plates aren't expensive, and I wouldn't have asked if this Tigress issue hadn't been on my mind at the same time. However, I imagine that answers to such ...
