I've had to order some gaskets for when I check the reeds, so ordered a set of reeds as well.

My last backfire spat one of the reeds back into the carb mouth! If it misfired, I'd be checking the woodruff key and timing set up first. I went to start my TS1 this morning and on first kick there was a really loud backfire. Second kick it started fine. Is this a sign of damaged reeds?

I believe the SPAQ ones have sand cast hubs and the ScootRS ones pressure cast.
