Packed with loads of stainless steel (or swarf  ) Couldn't believe how much came out  What's best to repack it? You mean the swarf is meant to be there :?: I too noticed my crankcase breather plug...

Re: led rear bulbs
I use the 36 LED bulbs that have several levels of leds not just the one face like yours. I always use the white ones so you still have a white numberplate light, Mr MOT man will jump on it if he has a bad day. (The red ones are no brighter) I also run Full DC so get the full brightness of the LEDS...

Re: Flywheel rubbing and have I Fooked it...
If it was mine i would have mag flang machined for extra clearence, but an easy and fast way is to grind or file the bolt heads down. The screws you undone need to be secure or they will come out and make a hell of a mess try some new ones and lock tyte if that dont do it re tap to next size up but...

Re: wont start
Just ordered a new set a rings from scooter restorations, I can highly recommend the use of a compression tester, as stated in the link below 'You can have perfect ignition timing, clean carburetor, and fresh gas, but without good compression... the engine is not going to run.' http://www.dansmc.com...

Re: wont start
You need to use a gauge. You can't feel the difference between 120 PSI (healthy and happy) and 90 PSI (sputters and won't start). I only say this because I've been there. When you check, open the throttle and kick away till it stops rising. Borrow one if you don't own one, it's worth it just to rul...
