Well... hopefully a solution is in hand... I'd fitted one of these brakes before and it gave me no issues at all.. Now I remember that I bought an uprated hose, which came with new banjo bolts and washers... Thanks to Boreham on this site, I will soon be in possession of said bolts and washers... so...

ok... setting up a scootrs disk brake with nissin caliper replaced the hose with a goodridge... all bolted up, but hose leaks at the banjo on both ends... using original supplied bolts... then I noticed that the banjos are different thickness... so, I guess I need a shorter banjo bolt?? if so, what ...

The bracketry on mine is different and the end can doesn't seem to sit as high as yours You can see where I've bent the bottom of the panel in, this bit seems ok now Also, my footboard runner was bolted on with a non standard nut n bolt, replaced this with a much shorter one and trimmed some more of...

taffspeed knocking

Finally got my taffspeed copy zorst bolted on.. sounds the nuts But...it does bash the bottom of the sidepanel (bent that in a bit, seems fine).. I have also cut a section out of the footboard so it doesn't foul that as badly... but... still not quite enough clearance and it actually rubs on the bol...

HelP Perlease!!

just fitted me BGM195 kit... started 4th kick... sounds yummy with my 30mm carb and taffspeed copy zorst..

my only stumbling block is that I cant suss out how the bracketery fits at the end can end.... anyone got a pic they can post, please!!
