Re: Discounted Diablo Long Range Lambretta Tanks
Hi Brian,
I've replied to you via email.
In answer to the previous question it is essential that the tank is completely isolated from the frame using tank rubbers.

Re: stopping power for a Lambretta isnt limited to hydraulic
That pics really funny! Have to say agree a well set up and maintained drum brake is very effective. After riding a rather nice patina series 2 a little while ago it convinced me to use a series 2 TV hub and links in my Spanish project. Remains to be seen whether the scoot will ever see tarmac in my...

Re: MPG from a malossi 210 engine?
Alex why go Malossi. A Polini is much better suited to that set up.
I've just done Phils with a 60mm crank std carb and JL r/h and it makes 19.8hp and 17ft/lb torque.

Re: Misfire at high revs
Yes wise words.
Check the simple stuff first. Work from the plug backwards. Don't forget to isolate the headset ignition by taking the green wire from the loom out of the CDi.

Hemorrhage
Sean Watsons cutdown Hemorrhage built my Sean and myself at our workshops in Nuneaton. The paint was still wet on the panels Thursday night before IoW but made it down there on its first real ride on the road and went on to win best custom Vespa in the show. Engine is our trademark Polini motor for ...

Re: FAG NU2205E - but made in India!!
A mate of mine has electronics manufactured in China. His biggest problem is that they agree a spec and then as soon as he's safely back in the UK, they change all of the components for cheaper ones. The first he knows of it is when customers start complaining that their equipment has conked out. I...

Re: FAG NU2205E - but made in India!!
Must admit I was a little worried when I was supplied these bearings from my supplier. This was well over a year ago though and no problems. If you look at our car industry and some of the magnificent cars like the Marina, Allegro etc etc you could argue the Japanese would have the same issues openi...
