early casings with no recess foir oil thrower washer
hi all :) i am doing a engine rebuild for a friend as his casing is cracked.... the casing i have to replace the damaged one is an early one as there is no recess for the oil thrower washer.... do i just rebuild without the washer and adjust rear sprocket to suit or not..??? appreciate all your help...

fitting horn casing on gp
i find fitting the horn cover and gaskets very annoying , also what makes it more annoying is i have a legshield mounted spare wheel,(the spare wheel carrier will be indian i think) which makes it difficult to line up the top mounts and the alloy threads on the 30 odd year old horn cover :( has anyo...

as above....rebuilt engine fitted new kit took me a while to get it started...once started started first kick every time took it about a 10-15 mile run....ran really well :) went to bed happy until today now won't start from cold :roll: checked usual things spark is good checked choke cable adjustme...

any clearence issues when fitting the front chaincase mount on the pm or any of the other pipes ? ( i know franspeed have one available to suit the kit)

hi all , has anyone fitted a dev tour pipe with this kit and what mods did you do to get the front chaincase bracket to fit? :? as most expansion pipes have a similar mounting at the front what mods have you done to get the pipe on?(maybe take a wee bit off a couple of fins :shock: :roll: ) apprecia...
