Re: Hydraulic hose route on Spanish Li150 S2
Through the ring (on left side if looking from front of scoot) and down the left hand side between fork tube and legshield (plenty of room). Then, through the original hole in mudguard that brake cable would have taken. Enlarge the hole in mudguard slightly and fit a grommit to stop any rubbing. Rou...

Re: Hydraulic hose route on Spanish Li150 S2
Look at the winter model restored by soulsurfer. He's routed his (and now me as well) through the headset clamp bolt hole (after changing the bolt for a standard allen socket head bolt). Venhill hoses fit fine, I have one on mine. Big advantage of them is the banjo ends having adjustable ends, so no...

Young mate of mine, loads of facial hair and sheep.
Nice to see young people on scoots. Not sure about all the facial hair going on though.

Ignition timing.
What should I set my ignition timing to on a pretty standard ts1? Standard stator with no advance/retard.Is 19 deg still ok, or would 17 deg be better?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Speedo cable size.
I've got a speedo that an old inner cable I have with a 2.5 mm square end seems to drive ok. Is this Indian, Spanish or Italian size?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Mmw/lth hydraulic front brake anti dive washers.
The're not dowty seals ( for banjo bolt unions etc), they are a flat washer with a cup shaped washer stuck to one side that protects the rose joint. Don't know what the're called, so having difficulty searching for them.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Mmw/lth hydraulic front brake anti dive washers.
Anyone know what these type of washers are called and where I can find some in the uk? They're the 8mm ones either side of the rose joints on the anti dive bar, with a rubber seal fixed to them.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Reconditioning a light switch
I used some silicone grease on the rockers, on a couple I've done, and they work fine.
