i have a jet 200 petrol tank...and i got to say its absolutely brilliant . I'm running a 35 mikuni so plenty off room for carb. they are super light.very well made . they fit well and look the business . i have had the tank in for about 1000 miles so far and no sign off wear....there is one downside...

hi guys...just trying to gauge what oil and percentage people use in there ts1...i here people using anywhere from 2% to 4% oil mix in there fuel... i use 3% mix ( jug and half using a 2% jug for every 5 litres of fuel )with rock oil pre mix..... other feed back from other engines rb's etc would be ...

them hole cutters don't look the best :shock: you would be better using the big tank cutter type ( new one ) also on the rough edge you can use motorbike visor strip to go round the hole, comes in different colours , bit off a pig to fit but looks the biz One of these fella? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/M...

as you can see on my pics Ive used motorbike visor strip to cover any rough edges or bubbling on paint caused by cutting, it has it own sticking strip and sticks very well. you need to warm and work it in your hands before applying. its also good cover for when you cut your runners for your exhaust....
