Hi .I bought mine from scooter emporium .It's one piece pressed steel.I did skim it with filler but overall a nice mudguard and a good fit.
You could leave it to get some surface rust then spray clear lacquer on it to stop it rusting any further

Re: BGM flywheel
Hi. I have fitted 3 BGM stators to 3 different motors and had to send them all back as the centre stepped boss on the rear is machined incorrectly causing misalignment to the mag housing.one engine actually twisted the crank due to the flywheel touching the stator coils .I think they've modified th...

Re: lambretta frame jig work
Do you have any rough dimensions for series 1/2 frames? I have to replace the centre stand strut on my ser 2 and my legshields are a bit wavy yet to try and sort it that way. I'd rather some kind of dimensions. I'm a welder fitter by trade amd set in my ways!! Lots of info out there for ser 3 but n...

Re: Leak testing
Some good advice on here .i would pressure test but only take flywheel/stator and side casing off if the pressure drops and there's no leaks around the top end.

Re: Which Clutch ...........??
I've not fitted the centre spring in my lth clutch as I've heard rumours that they fall out and get trapped in the gearbox.I just put a little bit of sealer on the pressure plate to hold it in there securley.Dimitrios_231 wrote:A new LTH-7 yesterday, great clutch.

At the moment the current BoM indicates a retail in thhow is region of £900. This is everything, ECU, Throtit's everythingump, injector, sub tank (I use the SV650 fuel pump because it is much neater for the plumbing but does ruel tank). It does require that the scooter is already converted to RS125...
