Bollox, I answerd this and the answer dissapeared.

I`m running the original needle im the middle possition, original power jet, 310 or 320 main, 25 pilot jet. I had to go for a larger pilot when I fit the ADS3 at the start of this season from a 20.

It is, however more vibratey..

I used 50nm, otherwise they were pretty baffeled as to why this would happen.

I have had great help from the dealer, actually picked up the phone and called me. I have been missinformed on the torque value, and as some have pointed out its similar to a vespa and they reccomend the same value on this system. New parts on the way, free of charge. Like I said, Im pretty sold on ...

It looks like we all have no Idea as to what went wrong here, but I have an expert on the case now.

If my expert cant find an explination this will suddenly spring to life again.
