Backfire

Hi, one of my engines is playing up a bit. Starts and runs well but occasionally backfires. I can't pin it down to anything specific though. I changed the cdi, and also for other reasons swapped a 26mm jetex for a 26mm delorto some time ago, but I'm still getting the backfire. It's an early (2005 is...

Re: Mugello 186, best set up.

Li 150 gearbox with 16x46 sprockets bgm clubman and 30mm delorto. Great cruising set up at 60 mph, will touch 70.

Re: Front Hub Bearings

Dunno then?
One of mine was stuck and I had to hit it quite hard and move the drift around the bearing. You could try knock it back in a bit then give the circlip area a bit of a clean with wire wool and then grease it. Then try again.

Re: Front Hub Bearings

Knock from the inside outwards. You've got to move the spacer to get a screwdriver (drift) on the bearing.

Rubber mounting

Is there a knack to using a rubber carb mount on a lambretta manifold?
For reason I won't bore you with, got a deli 26mm on a mugello small bore 200
kit and the carb has come off twice now. Am I doing it up too tight or not enough ?
The rubber parts company with the manifold not the carb
