Midland Scooter Center had an abundance of genuine piaggio complete topends..(head barrell and piston) 125 cc.
Give them a call,,,,,,,,,i paid only 55quid.
although it was a year ago they did have alot because they kitted so many new scooters they sold.

Mine doesn't have any engraving on it. It's genuine though - I watched it being made. Can you post some more pics? Maybe of the bracket where it bolts to the front of the case. Its got the sliding peice on the tail pipe which is quite handy to move if your stud threads :D Its a 41mm inside diameter where the downpipe enters the box and is a good snug fit which doesnt require a u-clamp.
