Filter glue
Can anyone recommend a glue/ resin to stick a foam filter to a rubber mouth? Not Superglue.

Screw the tick over screw in on the throttle arm so the motor is running faster then play with the idle screw on the side to get a nice even beat and settles down straight away after you rev up ,it probably needs to go in a turn or two. Once happy slow the tick over down on the throttle screw.

Mines always been erratic on tick over with a Varitronic but fine once moving. The instructions say add a 1k Ohm resistor in series if the readings are false,or try Quadtech for advise.

I've just fitted a VHSH30 on an RB20 that is supposed to be jetted to suit from AF's. It has U16 needle DQ267 170 main 60/B48 idles 60 choke 3.0 float valve 50 slide I've not rode it yet but it starts and revs fine although the main seems large plus the jetting is not the same as in the RB instructi...

35 is standard and as said 36 is the short 5 th. What sprockets are you running?
