Re: GT Kit Jetting
I quite agree with Diablo, the temp gauge is showing something that most people do not get to see. O...

Re: GT Kit Jetting
No I don't, When you've ignored the EGT on a well respected tuner's advice and had an expensive repair to a TS1 as a result only last month and then see the same symptons on another engine that seems impossible to jet correctly then tell me to stop bellyaching. It's not working and therefore not us...

Re: GT Kit Jetting
Unless someone can correct me is this the first report I've seen of a GT kit going wrong? They always seemed bulletproof. Don't jump to conclusions. It's not the cylinder that seems to be the problem, it's the cylnder head, which I hope to check and report this week. Cylinder heads are supplied by ...

Re: Indian 200cc Barrel Porting?
GIVE UP! Why try and make a silk purse from a pigs ear of a barrel? Much better to start with something that is at least part way decent! Also these barrels are very hard metal, and so take more time to cut. Waste of good scrap iron even to make them really! I'm surprised that none of the 'tuners' ...

Re: Ralph Saxelby piston choice.....?
He used to have an affectionate term for his lad too...that little tw@t. Who? 'w@nk3r'? Ralph was great when I visited him, he put the kettle on and let me look at (and take some pictures) of some of his 'exotic' barrels. After that we looked through the records he keeps on lap times when he ...

Re: Port Map Analysis
