Had exactly the same problem a few weeks ago.... had to pull away in second....
Resolved it by sticking it in 4th, and adjusting the cables up good and tight from there....

I use a ram air filter with an almost identical setup.... goes really well.

I use ultraseal, on tubes and tubeless and it has never let me down.Changed tyres and can see that it has worked!

What terminals are you taking the measurement from...
Could be a problem with the earth that you are measuring across.... Try sticking the black probe from the meter onto the engine casing....

There are some models of the R1 shock where the gas chamber runs at 90deg to the spring, which means that they dont fit under your lammy panels. Probably a good chance that the lines are rattle can applied, if so they will probably come of easily with cellulose thinners. Good thing is that the origninal paint will be more impervious to the thinners than the rattle can. Try a small area first to see the result... BTW depending on how long the...
