bilko, no pics to hand of mine tonight, but just a thought, is your bracket put together correctly at the front of the chaincase, being out a bit there would exagerate the space at the tail can. must say my Franspeed is probably the carlsberg of exhausts for fitting, absolutely cock on.

been running about this year on the Vespa210, Lammie not done much at all. I had ordered an SSC 5 plate Jap Clutch conversion for it.
