I'm wanting to remove the starter motor from a PX200e engine, as its going into a '65 Motovespa frame (without a battery) - so the electric start function will be redundant. What I need to know is; (1) Can I simply remove the starter motor & leave the starter gear on the flywheel without causing...

Re: QUATTRINI M1XL
You don't get 24 out of the box I'm afraid, probably 16ish" Well that's what those Germans @ SIP are claiming!  Spoke to Chiselspeed yesterday about the build - and they' were real helpful, seem to know quite a bit about this kit & suitable spec's, set-up's, ect - so seems like ...

Re: QUATTRINI M1XL
gearing. keep the 125 gearbox, you can change the gearing with different clutch cogs , 20 (standard) 21 or 22 . clutch.- I usually recommend the old style 7 spring job over a Cosa, as they seem to stay together better, but in this case I would look at something like the billet SIP number, you've al...

Re: SIP Road 2.0 jetting
That's great, had a look & It's got a 118 main in at the minute & I got a selection of larger jets when I bought the pipe which go up to 128 - so I reckon I'll try it with a 122 main, drill the filter & see how it runs from there.

SIP Road 2.0 jetting
I've bought a 'SIP 2.0 Road' exhaust to fit to my 1975 Rally 200 - and wondered if anyone can offer advice on what jetting I'll need to run with this pipe. It's currently running the original, bog standard 6v Femsa engine with a standard 24/24 si carb & stock pipe.
