I wouldent alter the jetting, i had the same size on my 200, 122 is factory standard, i had 128 with an ancilloti. I reckon it could be the pickup on the stator, i had similar symptom when hot, assuming air filter is new

single stage 2k is normally used now, I wet sand it after spraying, this gives a good natural finish, it's also tough and won't be damaged by petrol unlike cellulose or other 1k paint.

Clutch cable too tight, I did the same after rebuilding and adjusted as per stickeys manual, panicked at first, then realised the school boy error, we've all been there

I've done a few, I always get 2 litres now, mind you that is single stage 2k, celly ratio to thinners is different with no hardener so 1.5l may be enough.

Yeh top end is my next task I suppose, along with decoking exhaust as I don't know how old it is.

Compression still seems good though

Tried it with no filter, no difference, no oil in mag housing, checked magnets, checked woodruff key, flywheel seems ok.

I put a new inlet manifold and gasket on when changing carb, that seems ok, exhaust also seems OK in that I can't detect any air leaks, but i can't be certain

I've had a scootrs halogen lamp in my lis for over a year, brighter than a px headlamp, no modification, just slotted in, is the gp lamp holder different or am I missing something
