It states power spread is narrow, I would have thought that would be a major disadvantage in a kit being sold as a touring kit? Looking at the dyno charts on rons website it would appear to have a very narrow powerband compared to say an RB225?

P.s an RB22 will easily pull standard SX200 gearing.

I remember riding the RB22 demo scooter with TV200 gearing and standard sprockets and that flew! Pulled like a train even in fourth!

This is not supposed to be inflammatory but had a good look at the Avanti TT3 kit yesterday in Allstyles. If I had the money to buy this kit and had as many reservations about it as some people on here seem to have I would probably just pick up the phone and ask mr Edmonds who is the designer of the kit for the answers. Logical thing to do I would think. Why guess why certain things have been designed ...
