my mate had a similar problem, wouldn't start and had changed everything, , asked him about the plug and he had 3 or 4 new ones, took the plug out of my gp and put it in his , fired up first kick, 3 or 4 dodgy new plugs, :( ^ Always check plug first. Cap then lead. Have you just filled up with crap...

I dont think them polinis exhausts are much cop. Restrictive.. Get rid of the autolube anorl and keep an eye on the plug. Dont take my word either. Ask someone on here more knowledgeable . That would include their dog :D I run mine a bit lean which aint advisable :) but ive got a spare top end thats...

I put a polini and a dr 180 on a 125 a few years ago, I started off on a 116 and went down and ended up back to 98 I think it was, it was bogging out through higher jets. what have you got in now ? ive got a polini on my px engined t5. Standard 4 plate. New corks and steels original springs. Im hoping it is still just bedding in and expanding when hot as you say. Casing gets fairly hotish but not transfering to hub. Dubious burning smell on occasion probably clutch .. I will give it another 100 or so miles see if it settles as see...
