Re: Will carb run at this angle?
90 degree elbow on a choke cable that loops outside and round in a nice wide curve, that will stand the carb upright, then turn that fuel banjo downwards, new decent fuel line with nice curve not a pinched tight bend
all parts to make the cables are available from venhill

Re: No engine number.
as already stated, engine number not important, I have a bike and a trike and neither have numbers on, my old VW golf had "no visible numbers" on the V5 LOL
its the frame number that gives it the identity
would guess its just NOVA, dating certificate and v55/5 etc

the limit is 99dbA for VOSA on motorcycles over 175cc
we do actually have one of the highest noise level limits in europe as far as I understand it

Re: MUGELLO 185 - Best Carb
I know mine was running an expansion chamber but had it setup on dellort 28 and it was great, then out of interest it was swapped for a 26, and setup again, within half hour or so on the same dyno, gained bhp, about .8 at peak power, ran clean and nice, it had a 28 on it before it went to dyno, and ...

Re: Help...killing plugs
also is the cap a good fit? right cap for the type of nipple on the plug, if the caps loose or your using a screw on nipple type cap without the nipple then your creating an arc from cap to plug, this in turn makes a higher HT voltage and while its great as it makes bigger spark, it will also kill t...
