i have 2 lambrettas my spanish 1 matches frame no and engine number but my gp is a 1971 registered here in spain[ who are far more strict about vehicles than the uk ] ,when i bought it the paintwork was totally rust free and original but the frame no has only a 6 figure number which is a 1963 li 12...

I haven't set up a Vape yet but will soon. Very few problems with any that you've listed. Most problems I've found were from user error in install due to poor grounds and bad crimps on the connectors. Be interesting to know your opinion on the vape one. The scootronics one is an option as not heard...

Must admit I have a fetish for stainless steel stainless bolts and nylocs. Never sure if you should copper grease stainless bolts into alloy though. Answers appreciated.

The photo showing your measurement isn't clear, but I think you've fixed the top brackets too high. They are usually 10-12mm below the spot weld that holds the internal stop washer. Most online hardware companies like westfiield fasteners do button head 33mm length bolts which is the length pm tuning send. I have used these on a pm tuning disc with sip rims. If i remember they were high tensile steel as stainless is too brittle. Cost wise less than a fiver
