I never had any luck removing tyres until i bought one of these. It works a treat, you can probably get it cheaper.

Green Slime's not a lot of good in tubes,if you get a nail in they pop like a balloon. I've used Slime in bicycle inner tubes for years and it's saved me from countless punctures (you only really find out when you change tyres). Like you say it doesn't hold up against big punctures but it's not poi...

I'm just pointing out that the article says that apparently there's no Ethanol in 'Esso 5-Star Supreme' petrol. I thought it might be helpful for those who blame Ethanol for blowing up their expensive pistons and cylinder kits.Doom Patrol wrote:Do we need a survey? Isn't it in all standard petrol?

I recently fitted a brand new set of S83s to Scootopia rims with no issues. Used tyre lube, assembled with the tube very slightly inflated and once rims were bolted together I inflated fully which pushed tyres onto the rims.
