Close ratio boxes are only needed with peaky exhausts..the ads3 certainly isnt..choose your final drive...mine currently is 4.7 but i have had it to 4.4..that pipe bridges even the biggest gap with out of fashion gearboxes...im on a li125box 18x46.

Been out on my bike since and im amazed how just adjusting the bearings fixed the issue..you do need the bars to fall to one side on the stand(if the wheel is off the floor) if touched from the central position...do this before you spend any money or make any work for yourself

Just had the same issue today on a scoot ive just restored...new s83.dampers ect ect..what i did notice is my steering is a little on the tight side compared to my other scooter so i re-adjusted the bearings just a tad..this small amount cured the issue..maybe worth a try

as someone who regularly measures to tenths of thous .0.0001" ..technically the difference between 0.0035" and 0.004"...is 0.0005"...5 tenths of a thou....in other words f### all.

0.004"...4 thou=0.1mm...a feeler guage between the tightest point of the piston is a crude method but is usually ok to determine clearance

Lovly TV manos,I've stored some pics of your bike amongst others deciding on the final colour...but isn't yours 8062?..TV?..it seems a little darker than the 8061 125 special colour which I was thinking of doing

Hi,I'm currently prepping my series 3 TV 175 for a friend to paint.I'd like to use the light blue metallic lechler code 8061,now what will the paint supplier do..use a colour swatch to mix up a colour match?..I really don't want the colour to be off and the bike looking not quite right,or are lechle...

aim for 4.8......li150x 16 front sprocket....or your std tv box 15x46....overgearing will kill it

Running exact same spec and pipe.x13 needle 2nd clip i think.125 main.generally use slightly bigger main jet with a reed.28 dellorto
