Re: reed valve recommendations?
Very sound advice from Diablo. I will be interested to see how you get on. Don't forget my standard RT230 is running a 108 main, try it, you might be suprised how cleanly it picks up. These PWK's are really responsive to main jets. Simon

Re: reed valve recommendations?
I run with the panels on, hence the angled marcharld filter. There are about 10 of us here running TS1, RB and RT kits. Gernerally mains are 10-15% lower. I am sure it is due to the higher air pressure and drier atmosphere, I am sure someone will know the science. I think the PWK is very sensitive t...

Re: reed valve recommendations?
I have the RT 230, dev tour, and a PWK 28mm, with a cut and angled Marchald filter, no elbow. I had the same problem as you with standard ish jetting. My current set-up is 38 idle, and a 108 main. I still have to turn my fuel off 50 metres before I stop, to stop fuel/oil collecting in the air filter...

Re: Air Filter Help
You can use a 90 degree rubber elbow with an airfilter fitted to the top. I had one and it sat under my SX panels no problem. Measure the carb inlet diameter, 42mm I think, and most shops have them. Re: devtour exhaust
I have had one on for 6 months, 2500 miles. Really easy to fit. Lovely sound, and great in the power band, unlike any thing else I have tried.

Re: Lambretta Tuning Options
You can also go for the Race Tour 190, this will run with the carb on the standard side and no reed block. I have an RT 230 which is excellent, running with a PWK 28 mm and a Dev-tour exhaust.

Steve,
This thread may help. It can be complicated, or straight forward, you will need to do some checking.
