lot of coin for a engine and probably be a pain in the arse to live with, not to mention way to much for the 50 + year old frame geometry. suzuki 190 kit, you can tailor it to suit either as a tourer or a thrasher , not too heavy on cost and being cast you can bring it back from the dead for sensible coin. Paul

I normally put a really thin layer of grease on the rollers when I change them, Can't say I've noticed any ill-effect of doing this on any of the auto's I've owned

I've just read the results from the Scootering test on the standard exhaust and it showed how good they were, in fact beating every other exhaust on the lower rev range. They seem like the perfect pipe designed by Innocenti for up to 5k RPM and who needs that much more for general zipping about tha...

Yep I think a standard engined Lambretta with a few upgrades can still perform pretty respectably on modern roads, a good pacemaker/SX/GP150 can still motor on and providing you're not planning any mad motorway action - can still deliver. As for the standard V's clubman thing, yeah I liked the clubm...
