mk1 and efl/disc/lml forks are different you cannot just change the lower link unless you have a remade pair of mk1 forks which are different to piaggio mk1 forks

exhaust will not fit stub different size and in a different place, some expansions you may be able to get a down pipe for if the chambers are the same if its standard it requires welding and some bits from other exhausts a lot eaisier to just change the exhaust

yes it goes on that shaft there sould be 2 ofm them one each side of the gear

these i believe are mec cranks ive used a few and seem ok but one thing to watch is the clutch keyway is in the wrong place on the ones ive used meaning that the drive gear for the auto lube dosent sit on the key properly, on the ones ive fitted i disconected the autolube

1 on very early casings you will have to change the christmas tree shaft but it depends on how early yours are 2 there should be nowhere near that play on late layshafts there should be a shim at either end but there only 1-1.5 mm thick 3 there is a way to id a gearbox but i dont have the measuremen...

the rivet the kit comes with are the wrong ones, piaggio use pop rivets all from the top apart from the end caps which are from the bottom i use short 3mm on the runners the 4x10mm on all the end caps apart the two buy the legshield trim which are about

visit the sip site, you can put a bigger kit on but you need to change the crank to a 125 one and also get a kit that has been machined down by a mm to fit in the casing

hello its somthing i could do but would need your legshield as every one ive done before only fit on that set properly, the mk2 dosent look as nice but will give you more room, but i think you will get it all one a mk1 its just that the top is curved, you nrmally have to drill one hole to mount the ...
