Re: P2 gearbox in a T5 ???

With that set up you already have all you need and exactly the right exhaust. The rest is just porting and know how ;) This is the part that bores most guys to tears but in amongst all the degrees, angles and mathematics is where the real power is hiding. If it was mine (or yours!) I would put the 2...

Re: P2 gearbox in a T5 ???

You should get this revving a bit higher in 4th before you up gear. I'll bet it revs over 8000 in third. When you get it to rev as high in 4th, as it does in 3rd then go for the upgear and probably even then I would just fit a P200 65 tooth ring gear with the 22 clutch. Its not what you want to hear...

Re: dr180 kit

The most important part about fitting the kit is how it fits to yor engine. Most guys just take them out of the box and bolt them on. This is fine and sometimes they are lucky and they go well. Sometimes they dont. Its a bit more work to set up a kit to fit properly and even the DR kit can be surpri...

Re: Rally 200 Clutch issues

If you ever want to sell it ask here first! :D To test the clutch cable tension is roughtly right. Pull the clutch lever in and press the kickstart. Watch the flywheel and it should not try to move and the kickstart will press down easily. There should be very slight lever slack when it is let out. ...

Do you have a standard 210 kit or is it ported? And how many revs does it pull in 4th?

22/68 is using a PX125 tree. Do you mean 22/65?

Re: Vespa Tuning Project.....

Looks impressive! Really interested to see how it runs on the road. When you said that you could take it to 192 - 194 Ex duration, have you tried this before on another? And it still pulls the T5 4th ok? You're giving me ideas  Mine is topping out at 8400 rpm and I would like a few hundred rpm...
