what i was getting at was if it were a pro rate percentage say 10% of the cost of goods as my last few bills were anywere from 50 to 100% of the value of the goods No it never works at pro-rata, the bigger the order the smaller those set costs become on a pro-rata basis. Looking down the inlet on those pipes (the one in the first post) there's a very restrictive hole, I'd open the hole up as much as possible using a sharp cold chisel.
