Better with a Tv 175 barrel than using any bored out 150 barrel; shorten the barrel and use a standard length rod; or stroke it out to 60mm and shorten by approx 2mm, if you reed valve it make the inlet timing as big as possible and port back through the base of the barrel through the case below the...

Use ignorance; with loads of heat; add a little more ignorance with a dash of couldn't care less cavalier-attitude; then with the biggest hammer you can possibly wield hit it it till you feel good about yourself;

If it was the bearing track in the case why would it oscillate; wouldn't the slack in the bearing remain constant as the cluster rotated,

How wide is the inlet at it's widest with the extra boost port? Degrees; percentage of bore; or circumference in mm; whichever?

The engine sounds really crisp and responsive; what camera did you use to record the video with; it's very clear with good sound; was it a Go Pro?
