thanks for info , its to go in my resto custom S2 winter model looking at the 28mm option so wont have chop holes in panels as its custom painted and has panel embellishers too . im going for fully built version as current engine was bought as parts , gt240 kit , gt casings sx box bgm v4 30mm phbh ...

Hooray some progress lol , one thing l wondered does the float needle valve come in different sizes or is it one fixed size ?

Take carb off manifold and float bowl off and turn fuel on to see what the fuel flow is like first .

l find with the JL pipes you have to file the slot in the sharks fin considerably for them to fit stress free .

There's certain things that I do as a matter of course, regardless of the state of tune, & besides never, ever allowing Rolon chain anywhere near a Lambretta, I would never use the standard chain tensioners again. They really are not up to the job. I must have dozens of standard tensioners that...
