what are the symptoms of too much squish on performance? I have fitted a lth reed valve on an early mugello 200 which I ported as per threads here. Low down pull is ok but when trying to rev higher it seems to struggle and the noise is outputting. set up is 26 deli b race stealth expansion main jet ...

At the moment I am running a 50mm Gori race exhaust on an early Mugello 200 on a Sx 200 with a LTH reed valve fitted to a 26mm Deli open mouthed. (long sentence) I am going to alter the piston to suit the reed valve..... I now have a B Race Stealth pipe which I have been after for ages. Will the 26 ...

Obvious one is to strobe it and watch for the firing point to drop as the revs rise. As for 'from scratch' 'replay scoots have it on their web site still i think..but black wireoff agusto to earth. Hi Gaz she does look good still. Selling? I hope all is ok with you..The S2 is alive and very well..Imola'd up with a Lamborghini orange and white paint job...pretty and fast..bought a spare piston though..you know how it is...!? Pete H

Well I have an RB250 and an Imola 185 and both are rev monsters. Ridden away from the congestion of town ..which they hate....At least on the Imola I can pootle but to be honest for.'work and local trips' i would say a mugello kit instead

Put a TMX 30 on my Imola 186 runs great(now) bought it from Allans (google them) got the jettings sorted from carbs set-ups off here an LCGB site. :bouncyeng:
