Seen the details of the Pinasco new kit for px 125 with reed valve on barrel . was looking on Ebay the other day someone had listed a piston ported reedvalve kit for Px 125 so stuck in a cheeky bid . Noticed on Worb 5 website he is doing a Polossi for the T5 polini cylinder and Malossi piston might be worth a look .
