Re: BGM 12HP 200 any good?
Bit the bullet and got one, not too impressed with the finishing, especially the top transfer port, had to be cleaned up quite a bit as did the entry into the barrel which needed opening and squared off. The ports on the piston were rough as f**k, so tidied those up too. Anyway, the rest was fine so...

BGM 12HP 200 any good?
Anyone running the BGM "12HP" top end on their P200?
Is there a noticeable improvement over the standard top end?
Not interested in kits, just a boost over standard. Have a SIP Road 2 fitted already.

Re: NK
Had one on my Spanish series 2. Think I had to adjust the rear bracket so the can didn't hit the panel handles. Been a few years! Can be made to fit alright.

Re: Bogging Down , Won't Pull Away.
I useda mountain bike tube. Cut it to suit the distance between the inlet and exhaust stub and jubilee clip it on. Pump by hqnd using a fiit pump. If theres a leak you'll soon know. Mine wouldnt inflate at all. I sprayed soapy water around hiss at the manifold and it showed bubbles at the high stud....

Re: Bogging Down , Won't Pull Away.
Have you done a leak-down test on the engine. I had a very similar experience recently due to a badly cast inlet manifold that was like a teabag, couldn`t get it to pull away right, just bogged down, but ran ok when the revs were up. Did the bicycle tube and foot-pump test and lo and behold air was e...
