Hi Knowledge....................what's the best manifold to get for a TS1 to allow a breathe easy air filter to be used on a 30mm VHSH so that it sits beneath the side panel without cutting any holes ?

Set mine up myself on the Avanti and then had it dyno'd by specialists and it was mildly tweaked on the jetting but always has a black slightly oily plug (always has done) but runs perfect all of the time....so yes not sure the chocolate plug will ever be achieved for me lol

No flaming Scootering has arrived today......it religiously arrives around the 20th of the month to the nearest Saturday , although once a year they completely forget to send it out......i bet this is their once a year jobby lol

Yes had mine on the Avanti for 6 years now and it's fine with no problems with petrol accumulation in the bellows. Mine is at 90 degrees though to the right of the carb (ie; the long foam breathe easy filter sits across the top of the flywheel cowling) so it might be drainingg through that I guess. ...

Ended up spraying it heat paint silver today and stuck in on the bike so i could run it hot and cure the paint. Must confess fitting the downpipe to the barrell stud was a feat and ended up having to use grease to get it on as tight fit. Should it be that fit and is the advice to try and fit exhaust...

Coaster did you have to put the exhaust parts straight onto the bike and run it to cure the paint ? Just might try something like that
