Under 5 secs to 60! Class! I've always had a soft spot for MG's and Triumph cars. Those marques should be up there today with Jaguar and Aston Martin.....yours is a good one!

Casa 185 with scootopia 22 carb, af clubman and a gp150 box with a 17 sprocket, 59mph up a mountain or down dale. Very economical and more economy than standard. GT240 with 30mm carb, pm25 exhaust, 17x46 li box, gps at 76mph while coming back from a rally fully loaded. Too windy so I slowed down but...

Great thread! I wish I was as attentive when building my own. The little flaws and uneven gaps on mine annoy me now. Love the MG! I’ve never seen one in a dark colour before. Suits it!

That’s the accident we saw. Put the fear in us. Best get well wishes to Shaun. Hopefully the track will be kinder to us next year.

Bad luck having the off. Did he come off on the 90 degree bend down the back of the track after the short straight and before the uphill chicane? If so we seen it from the pit lane wall. That was a bad off. It silenced us and we were worried for the rider. Hope he’s ok. We were only getting started ...

Great post. Most towns here have someone who fixes lawnmowers. It could be a handy fix for anyone on the road who's lost an airfilter.
