I don't think the PHBL 22 is a popular carb. I have heard they are quite difficult to set up. Maybe that's why.

Well, that's a bonus. I think maybe your cross member is a little low. It's difficult to tell for sure. But there will be a small gap between that and the frame tube. It's certainly got some pitting around there.

You know I have a sneaking suspicion you know what you're doing. :lol:

It does look a lot better. My only concern is lifting the floorboard up might effect the fitting of the headset.

Not the best photo perhaps. But if you sort of squint at it you can make out the space between the manifold and frame. Must be a good 1cm. And that's stood.
