jb tuning done mine, they also did work on it as well but they can get just the plating done if thats all you want.

Have to agree, had an AF on my RB started missing at High revs. Put a JB jobbie on there ie machined Indian, cured.

Kick start shaft hasnt slipped in slightly, have had that before. Are some good clips and washer out now to help spread load over the outer seal.

I have just checked my VHSB 34 , If you shine a light down the hole you can just about see the side of the plunger as it goes up and down, not as easily as the PHBH but do-able.

20 miles from a standard tank? i can get 70 from my rb22 on standard tank. Have you checked float level/ float needle jet

mate of mine fellow scooterist runs a bike shop, recently took my standard GP 125, points ignition and he remarked that its the only lammy he has had where he could see the light pattern correctly.
