You must have shrunk um by boiling. Best way to fit them I found was to spray the inside with women's hair spray then they slip on and when the hair spray dries they stick like glue.

Ideally you wanna be seeing 7.5 psi without any leaks so if your seeing leaks a 5 I'd say yer proper fooked.

First rule (as I've learned) never tell em there's no rush... you'll just get forgotten about as other stuff comes in. Second rule keep on em "like an Alabama tic" until it's done, don't feel your being a pain in the ass, at the end of the day it's your money and people like you keeping hi...

yes the more I'm getting into it the more I'm seeing this, I've had to send loads of stuff back to "one supplier in perticular" as it was total shite.

Not sure if the same problem, but I had a similar vibration on my GP 200 when it was on tickover, a thumping through the frame on idling/tickover which completely disappeared when I open it up and through the gears ......turned out to be a knackered 'Mag side bearing ' which I don't believe had eve...

Flywheel balance

Ok, so I got the shaking problem sorted with the BGM mounts. But there is still a slight vibration at tick over and at anything below about 10mph, I'm beginning to think the flywheel (an elemec I had off of Beedspeed) is maybe slightly out of balance and am thinking of having it checked/corrected at...

Just been out on it, completely transformed it, full marks BGM. I'm still getting a very slight vibration on tick over and up to probably 10mph but it just goes after that.
