It was the nut all along! Just shaved it and it moves in and out nicely with the clutch compressor

Re: Af road clutch won't disengage
Took it to bits, the plunger was fine and the plates move freely so I'm guessing it's the nut and Christmas tree

Re: Af road clutch won't disengage
That could be the case, I put a new box in when I fitted the clutch I suppose I could grind the tree down to give me more clearance

Re: Af road clutch won't disengage
You've got me thinking about the plunger now as it did drop out while I was fitting the casing I guess it is possible I put it back in the wrong way round , the plates slid into the crown wheel nicely and the top cap is in it

Af road clutch won't disengage
Fitted an af road clutch yesterday and when it was all back together I can't compress it at all, the cable is moving freely and it's not trapped behind the shock. I have no idea what's causing it but before I split it open again I'd like an idea of what's causing it

Re: Fitting and setting up trail tech vapor
Cheers for that I've managed to mount it in a similar way but through the anti dive arm on the other side.

Re: Fitting and setting up trail tech vapor
The vapor has temperature warning lights and shift light and is a hell of a lot easier to see everything on it than the sip one , fitting the speedo in the headset top isn't an issue I'll just weld a recess for it. I just wondered what numbers people were getting to see if my calculations are anywhe...
