200 to 250 degrees F is fine. My polini goes up to 265 climbing hills and comes down to 230-240 on the flat

I guess Eden's is from Diablo's dyno, what dyno are the Rapido figures from and how would that compare to Diablo's, bearing in mind that the Performance tuning dyno reads considerably lower than Diablo's? It would be helpful also to have the power figures alongside the torque figures for all so we ...

I would advise running a base gasket. If you get a straight edge over the gasket face you will almost certainly see that the face is not completely flat. You can rectify this with a good quality grinding stone if your careful and know what your doing but the gasket is pretty thin so its better to us...

Most benifit definitely from long stroke crank and long rod than overboring to 71mm. If it was me I'd keep a 70mm bore and get ccs with the crank.

The marchald filters I've seen on the dyno have been quite restrictive especially with the panel on as I think the front will still touch. The camlam breath sweet fit series 3s with MB manifolds but I'm not sure about on Rons kits.

The metal reeds are s**t. invest in some Boyson ones. 2 stage if you can afford it.
