For what it's worth, I've used the LCGB site to fit a charging circuit on my Indian GP. I also fitted a junction box and ran the charging(red) wire via this to the battery and connected the two small spotlights I had to the other terminal on the junction box, but I found that the battery discharged ...

I'm far from being an expert but sounds like a classic sign of either main jet or pilot/idle jet blocked or obstructed in some way. Remove carb/float bowl remove main and pilot jets, blow through preferably with air line. clean out float bowl with lint free cloth and reassemble. Should now be O.K. I...

Thanks for prompt response and yes it is the box on the rear foot board strut, however the picture you have supplied may also come in handy for the front (behind headlight) junction. Thanks to all who have replied.

Does anyone have picture of the which coloured wire goes to which connection on the top of the box. It is an original S2 rectifier/junction box with no colours marked on the top. I know that 'Sticky's and some home workshop manuals show the connection colours for S3 boxes but I can't find anything f...

SIL 200 Stage 4 (factory setting)
Jetex (bored out to 26mm)
125 main jet
47 pilot jet
11/4 turns airscrew
Standard Fixed manifold reamed to 25mm
42mm KBA Clubman exhaust
Inlet and exhaust ports smoothed out, manifold matched to inlet/ exhaust port matched to manifod/U-bend.
Jetex (bored out to 26mm)
125 main jet
47 pilot jet
11/4 turns airscrew
Standard Fixed manifold reamed to 25mm
42mm KBA Clubman exhaust
