My 205 Suzuki dosnt make more than 15 hp that runs at 25-1 my Quick TS makes about double that, running at 20-1, my other TS is Standard (untuned) just blended and some nice bits bolted to it, that makes around 22 bhp that running at 25-1, but If I Was running somthing exotic I would put in whatever...

I think the on Variotronic stators I have seen, the lighting coils are wound as one contiuous piece of copper wire, I havnt actually measured the thickness but its about 20 ec (enamel coated) wire, It would be possible to un-wind or re-wind the Laminates but it dosnt come apart like a Ducati type st...
