Take the carb and carb box off, pull the shaft out and replace the box and carb with new gaskets. Without the dive shaft you won't wear the dry-running pump mechanism out. Seen the recall info checked the shocker and it has id 305D which was one of the recalled batch. Contacted SIP and because I never bought it direct , and cannot contact the dealer they don...
