Re: GTS COOLANT QUESTION
Hi chippy, Eventually I contacted Piaggio directly and they came back and said that I do have a magnesium alloy engine. So I have installed an appropriate coolant. I think this is something that people should know about as I wonder if other people are confused on this issue. Thanks for your reply

LML Star with DR 180 Kit Carb problem
HI, I have just cleaned and re-installed the standard carburettor, however there is now a very definite flat spot when I initially twist the throttle. Once past the flat spot then everything else is fine. I have tried adjusting the air screw from 1 turn to various other positions but nothing seems t...

Re: Do I need a green card?
Thanks for the reply, I suppose the situation will be cleared up by March 29th as either we will be still in the EU or not. I will wait until then before sorting anything out.

Do I need a green card?
Bearing in mind the situation with Brexit, I am travelling to France on my scoot in June, will I need to obtain a green card in addition to my European insurance cover?

SIP Two stroke oil
What is the difference between SIP,s Two stroke oil for Twist n Go and the Two stroke oil they produce for classic scooters. Is it safe to use either in a classic Lambretta. I happen to have a bottle of the Twist n Go stuff and was wondering whether to ditch it or not?

Spark Plug Check
Having checked my plug after a run of about 15 miles it looked quite a bit lean. I have checked for air leaks and could find none. I have adjusted the mix screw slightly and have now cleaned and refitted the existing spark plug. How many miles will I need to do before a plug chop would give me a goo...
