Re: Western Australia Lambretta
Crack on yourself with it Cav, there's nothing difficult around the crank, bearings and seals.
Plenty good advice and videos on the Internet.

Re: Scooter off a cliff...
There were three Vespa TS125s (not Rallys) modified by Sterling Scooters for the film. The remit was to create a GS lookalike. VCB 160 was obviously not the registration. It was from Vespa Club Britain and it was supposed to be a GS160 The film crew has strict LA instruction to remove the scooter fr...

Re: Smiths Speedo Recalibration
Have you got the 90 or 120?
Sorry no concept of your test.... Speedo isn't tested over here.
From what you say the 120 maybe a problem.
Good luck and Happy Christmas

Re: Smiths Speedo Recalibration
I'm happy with the 90mph, was bang on at 40mph against a speed warning sign.
Given how much they are, Indian repro standard my opinion is your stuck with what you got.
Stick a small GPS speedo on somewhere?

Re: vespa polini box exhaust jetting
You've probably answered your own question No experience of the polini box but Ive read it is greedy... Go 125.
Ive just gone from a SIP R2 to 3 and went up from 122 to 125 on a moderately tuned P2. But not used it in anger yet. Early run out and it seemed happy on the 125
